In English, there are many ways to express and say things.
You must have heard the expression: Really?
Usually we pronounced it: Reaaaaaaaaaaallllllllllly just to express a feeling of astonishment.
Maybe you are so surprised about a particular thing of event, and you respond by saying: Really?
Or in conversation, you can use "really" as something to fill up the time before thinking of what to say next.
So, you heard something surprising, you can say: Really?
But "Really" can be boring when you say it many times.
So, what can you say instead?
Let me introduce some other ways to say "Really".

No way! 不可能
For Real? 真实的吗？

No kidding! 不开玩笑的
